Partner terms

These terms apply to everyone in the MyFoodNotes partner programme. By applying you accept them. Norwegian law applies, and disputes are handled in Stavanger.

Compensation

• You receive 50 kr per referred customer who pays for the first time.
• There is no fixed fee per post. Compensation is commission and campaign bonus only.
• Campaign bonus: 10 kr per active new user who signs up by 30 November 2026, max 500 kr per partner.
• Followers who sign up with your code after 30 November 2026 get their first 3 months free. After that it's NOK 199/year.
• The referral lasts 60 days from click to sign-up, and 15 months from sign-up to first payment. If someone uses more than one code, the first one counts.
• Commission waits 30 days after payment. A refund, dispute or cancellation within the withdrawal period reverses it.
• Payouts are quarterly against an invoice, minimum 200 kr. Smaller amounts roll to the next quarter. No payout happens until accounting is clarified.

Your duties

• You must be over 18 and have a Norwegian organisation number. You send an invoice and are responsible for your own tax and VAT.
• Mark ads clearly with “advertisement” or “ad”, and links with “ad link” where it fits. Do not use “sponsored”, “in collaboration with” or “affiliate link”.
• Do not buy ads on the MyFoodNotes brand name, make misleading claims or market to children.
• Use the logo and brand only as instructed. We may pause or end the partnership for breaches, fraud or incorrect marking.
• Handle personal data in line with the privacy policy. You see aggregates only, not who clicked or paid.

Changes and termination

We may change rates, offers and terms. Material changes will be announced. Either party may end the partnership. Already earned, approved commission is paid under the rules above.
